Main purpose of the job
Responsible for the full life cycle recruiting, proactive sourcing, managing the interviewing process, and
closing/negotiating the offers; incl. detailed pre-screen prior to submitting candidates to manager interview
Will have functional and/or multi site responsibility and will participate in the delivery of the overall
placement.
Complete pre-screen calls, behavioral interviews prior to scheduling hiring manager interviews, guiding the
candidate smoothly through the process.
Define personal brand, through candidate / hiring manager experiences and online presence, being a
Brand Ambassador at all times to strengthen the Sotina recruitment brand at every opportunity.

Requirements of the job:
Matric is essential and a Diploma with Sales and Marketing is advantageous.
A minimum of 3 – 8 years of experience in recruitment
Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)
Excellent computer literacy is essential especially in MS Outlook, MS Word and MS Excel.
Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Skills Map is advantageous.
