Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a Die Maker within the printing and packaging industry
3 years Experience manufacturing and repairing flatbed cutting dies (rotary die experience is advantageous)
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines

Key Responsibilities:
Manufacture new cutting dies according to customer specifications
Repair, modify, and maintain existing dies
Inspect dies to ensure they meet quality standards and production requirements
Read and interpret technical drawings and layouts
Ensure dies are production-ready and perform efficiently
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
