Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced operator who can ensure efficient machine operation, maintain quality standards, and achieve production targets within a fast paced packaging manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Proven experience as a Litho Minder
Experience operating lithographic printing machines
Strong understanding of print quality, colour control, and production processes
Ability to troubleshoot machine and production issues
Knowledge of printing and packaging environments will be advantageous
Ability to work safely while maintaining productivity and quality standards

Setting up and operating lithographic printing machines
Monitoring print quality and making necessary adjustments
Ensuring production targets and deadlines are achieved
Performing routine machine checks and basic troubleshooting
Maintaining accurate production records
