Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Mobile Hydraulic Application Engineer candidate. The candidate will be fundamental for our external customer support, ensuring achievement of our revenue growth objectives. The candidate will be working with key partners and customers, developing hydraulic applications on mobile machines. The candidate will be based in Johannesburg.
Minimum Qualifications and experience:
Matric,
Qualification in BEng, BSc, B Tech Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineer, N6 qualification in Mechanical Engineering.
Preferably 5 -10 years’ experience within engineering and/or customer services environment.
Preferable good working knowledge of Fluid Power, Hydraulics and/or Mobile machines.
Driver’s licence.
Eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
Good communication skills – Verbal and non-verbal.
Basic Computer skills.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Developing and implementing business strategies in conjunction with management
Maintain and grow existing customers
On-board and develop new customers in consultation with the National Project Sales Manager
Provide technical and service support to customers
Grow sales from customers assigned to you while maintaining ethical standards.
Manage customer accounts
Assist engineering and design office with designs and developments
Grow sales to achieve or exceed monthly/annual targets
Visit new and existing customers with the aim of growing.
Sales forecasting
Attend training courses.
