Job Title: Occupational Health Clinic Manager
Location: Occupational Health Clinic (Limpopo)
Reports to: Head of Occupational Health.

Job Summary: The Occupational Health Clinic Manager is responsible to plan, monitor, coordinate and oversee the Occupational Health Services clinic, including the management of health and safety programmes for the Group and client organizations.
Qualifications and Experience:
BCur Nursing degree/diploma in General Nursing.
BTech Certificate in Occupational Health Nursing.
Business Management qualifications are advantageous.
Dispensing License.
Current South African Nursing Council (SANC) registration mandatory.
Expert knowledge of the Mine Health and Safety Act, Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHS Act), Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems and ISO/IEC 17020-201.
Certificate in audiometry, spirometry, and vision screening.
Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in Occupational Health.
Job Requirements:
Build mutually beneficial relationships with doctors and other professionals in terms of meeting the needs of patients and enhancing patient care.
Inform and educate clients, patients and other clinic users about the Group’s complaints procedure and “The Voice” patient experience platform.
Implement processes which build customer service delivery excellence and encourage others to provide exceptional service.
Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings, review, discuss and co-ordinate best approach to overall patient care.
Routinely inspect the clinic to ensure compliance with protocols, security, safe patient environment, policies, procedures and the Group’s patient care standards.
Collaborate with the Nursing fraternity within the Group to identify and implement actions to improve service quality and problem resolution within the unit.
Report, analyse and manage customer relations in the Clinic including feedback on patient experience and satisfaction and implement improvement opportunities.
