| Main Duties / Key Accountabilities | Plan, implement and control production schedules Provide Technical support to business
Review and adjust the schedule where needed Determine the human and material resources required Manage human and material resources to meet production targets Manage efficiency of installation teams. Identify and plan training program relative to the business. Assist with the drafting and implementation of standard operating procedures(SOP’s) for production operations Ensure that standard operating procedures(SOP’s) are adhered to. Ensure implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures Prepare and maintain production reports Monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement Estimate production costs and manage production budgets. Implement cost control programs |
